Abstract

[eng] This article deals with the impact of BtoC on supply chain organization. First, we identify several organisational forms set up to manage simultaneously electronic and physical markets. Then, we propose a model designed to analyze the ordering and inventory policies in chains. Finally, we compare different organisational forms.
