Abstract

Las empresas se componen de recursos y capacidades, tangibles, e intangibles, los últimos son los que serán objeto de esta investigación. Para aprovechar de mejor manera dichos recursos en la dinámica organizacional, las empresas se ven en la necesidad de aplicar en su organización procesos de gestión del talento humano. Este estudio parte desde una perspectiva de tipo cualitativa. Es una investigación exploratoria cuyo objetivo central es identificar la importancia de los elementos que conforman el capital intelectual. Ello para generar conocimiento para las Pymes y contribuir de manera significativa en los procesos en los que interviene el recurso humano en el crecimiento de la organización.
