Méltányos és méltánytalan különbségek az egyéni döntéshozatalban
[Fair and unfair differences in individual decision making]

Abstract

A tanulmány a referenciapont-alapú döntéshozatalt vizsgálja a méltányosság szempontjából. Hipotézisei szerint az összehasonlításon alapuló döntéshozatalban jelentős befolyása van a méltányosság megítélésének, kiváltképp, ha a kártékony magatartás is jelen lehet a döntési helyzetben. A tanulmány bemutatja, hogy a társas döntéshozatal során a méltánytalan különbségek úgynevezett kártékony irigységhez vezethetnek, ha azonban a döntéshozó racionalizálni tudja az eltérés okát, akkor a kártékony viselkedés megszűnhet. A különböző új információk más-más eredménnyel teszik mindezt: Magyarországon inkább elfogadják azt, hogy valakinek magasabb a fizetése, ha több erőfeszítést tesz, mint például azt, ha magasabb végzettség vagy nagyobb tapasztalat áll a bérkülönbségek mögött.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: D01, D23, D91
