Újraiparosodás Kelet-Közép-Európában - újraéledő centrum-periféria munkamegosztás?
[Reindustrialization in Central and Eastern Europe: reviving the core and periphery division of labour?]

Abstract

Néhány éve a fejlett országok gazdaságfejlesztési elképzelései között előtérbe került az újraiparosítás, részben a 2008. évi válságra, részben a negyedik ipari forradalomhoz kapcsolódó technológiai átalakulásra, szerkezetváltásra adott egyik gazdaságpolitikai válaszként. Tanulmányunkban azt vizsgáljuk, hogy megfigyelhető-e újraiparosodás az Európai Unió tagállamaiban, és hasonlók-e a szerkezetváltási folyamatok az Európai Unió 15 régi és 10 új, posztszocialista tagállamában, különös tekintettel Magyarországra. Az újraiparosodás elemzéséhez a feldolgozóipar bruttó hozzáadott értékének és a foglalkoztatottak számának változását vesszük alapul a 2000 és 2016 közötti időszakban. Az adatok alapján Nyugat-Európában továbbra is dezindusztrializáció zajlik, míg Kelet-Közép-Európa néhány országában felemás, a foglalkoztatás mérséklődése melletti újraiparosodás figyelhető meg. Magyarország feldolgozóiparának átalakulása jobban hasonlít az EU15 országokban tapasztalhatókra, mint a többi posztszocialista országéra.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: O14, L6, O11.
