Abstract

Ein flexibler Übergang in den Ruhestand ist möglich und häufig vorteilhaft für die Betroffenen sowie andere, insbesondere wenn deswegen länger gearbeitet wird. Deshalb sollten die Optionen dazu weiter verbessert werden, auch für (potentielle) Arbeitgeber einschließlich des öffentlichen Dienstes.
