Jenseits der DV 100 - Prozessmuster der Krisenstabsarbeit

Abstract

Der Beitrag rekonstruiert, welche Arbeitsmuster bei drei Krisenmanagementansätzen in einer simulierten Unternehmenskrise sichtbar werden. Drei Teams bearbeiteten dasselbe Szenario in zwei Runden. Zwischen den Runden erhielten sie unterschiedliche Interventionen: einen Ad-hoc-/Reflexionsimpuls, einen an der Dienstvorschrift 100 (DV 100) orientierten Stabsarbeitsimpuls und eine facilitatorgestützte Prozessintervention. Der Beitrag ist als explorative Mixed-Methods-Fallstudie angelegt. Er verbindet Transkripte, Kommunikationsdaten, Entscheidungskodierung, Beobachter- und Selbsteinschätzungen sowie eine Nullmessung der Ausgangsprofile. Untersucht werden die Prozessmuster der Lagearbeit, Rollenkoordination, Entscheidungsbildung und Nachverfolgung. Der Ad-hoc-/Reflexionsimpuls bildet die Kontrollreferenz für Wiederholung und allgemeine Reflexion. Gegenüber diesem Maßstab zeigt sich bei der facilitatorgestützten Prozessführung die dichteste gemeinsame Spur aus Lagearbeit, adressierten Entscheidungen und Nachverfolgung. Dafür wurde weniger Schulungszeit eingesetzt als beim DV-100-orientierten Ansatz. Das Ergebnis zeigt den praktischen Wert einer gesonderten Prozessrolle im Unternehmenskrisenstab.
