Messung sozialer Innovationen: Ein Blick auf die organisationale Innovativität

Abstract

- Eine zukunftsfähige, nachhaltige evidenzbasierte Innovationspolitik bedarf eines Messinstruments für soziale Innovation, das vergleichbar ist mit demökonomisch-technischer Innovation. - Das IndiSI Rahmenmodell verknüpft zu diesem Zweck drei Messebenen: organisationale Innovativität, regionale Innovationskapazitäten und Resonanz in sozialen Medien als Frühindikator sowie deren Wechselwirkungen. - Ein breites Organisationsverständnis zugrundlegend ermöglicht die entwickelte Indikatorik über Rechtsformen hinweg sowohl in wirtschaftlichen als auch sozialen Organisationen sozialinnovative Aktivitäten aufzudecken. - Erste Ergebnisse der Messung der organisationalen Innovativität zeigen, dass sozialinnovative Organisationen in der Rhein-Ruhr-Region in den letzten drei Jahren im Durchschnitt 4,6 soziale Innovationen implementiert haben. - Da soziale Innovationen vielfach dort entstehen,wo sie sichtbar und erlebbar sind, sind sie unabhängig von der Organisationsgröße primär lokal auf die Kommune (48 %) bzw. das Quartier (39 %) und regional (41 %) ausgerichtet.
