Urbane Produktion: Unternehmenskooperation, offene Werkstätten und die gemeinsame Nutzung von Produktionsinfrastruktur

Abstract

* Entwicklungen, wie die Urbanisierung und die Digitalisierung, haben Auswirkungen auf Prozesse, Strategien und Verfahren in der Produktion. * Eine Regionalisierung der Wertschöpfungskette sowie die Produktion im urbanen Raum bergen Möglichkeiten auf diese Entwicklungen zu reagieren. * Kooperation und Kollaboration zwischen Unternehmen bieten hier Potenziale hinsichtlich der Innovationsfähigkeit. * Vor allem Start-Ups und junge Unternehmen können hiervon profitieren. * Eine Möglichkeit der Kooperation bildet die gemeinsame Nutzung von Produktionsinfrastrukturen und der Austausch von Know-how. * Hier bieten Offene Werkstätten bei entsprechenden Rahmenbedingungen Anknüpfungspunkte für mögliche Kooperationen und Kollaborationen. * Eine gemeinsame Nutzung von Offenen Werkstätten durch private Akteure sowie Unternehmen ermöglicht Synergieeffekte, die es zu nutzen gilt.
