Digitale Strategien entwickeln: Von der Idee zur Roadmap

Abstract

Das Phänomen der Digitalisierung verändert unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen. Während sie früher aus mechanischen und elektrischen Komponenten bestanden, sind aus Produkten heute komplexe Systeme geworden, die Hardware, Sensoren, Datenspeicher, Mikroprozessoren, Software und Vernetzung in vielfältiger Weise miteinander verbinden. Die vernetzten Produkte zwingen Unternehmen, ihre Geschäftsmodelle und Branchen zu überdenken - ihre Strategie, die Beziehungen zu Kunden und Lieferanten, Prozesse und Strukturen. Ziel dieser Publikation ist es, einen Ausgangspunkt für die Entwicklung einer digitalen Strategie zu liefern. Das Endergebnis dieser Methode ist ein Vorschlag für einen vierphasigen Ansatz: 1) Erfassung der externen Realität, 2) Definition der internen Realität, 3) Schaffung des digitalen Lösungsraums und 4) Entwicklung der Roadmap. Die Phasen werden in Bezug auf ihre Ziele, Aktivitäten und Werkzeuge erläutert.
