Digitalisierung für eine besucherorientierte Innenstadt

Abstract

Zwischenergebnis des ARIZON Forschungsprojektes - Gedanken über eine Weiterentwicklung der multifunktionalen Innenstadt, ihrer Informationsströme und -aktivitäten, um Besucher anzusprechen. Onlineplattformen haben mithilfe digitaler Technologien Kundenvorlieben, -historien und -profile erstellt und bieten ihre Services 24/7 digital und kundenzentriert an. Städte können davon lernen und kunden- bzw. besucherreisenorientiertere Informationskanäle anbieten. Ziel ist, durch die Betrachtung von Besucherreisen sowie ihrer möglichen Informationskanäle und -ströme die Kunden bzw. Besucher und Besucherinnen stärker zu interessieren und langfristig zu binden, denn Stadtzentren sind historisch der Treffpunkt von wirtschaftlichem und sozialem Leben in der Stadt. Auch wird ein Ausblick auf AR zur Unterstützung der Besucherreise gegeben.
