Što žene lideri unose u politiku – psihološka i radna obilježja, stil vođenja, interesi i perspektive

Abstract

Rad istražuje što žene lideri, kojih je u politici u svijetu sve više, unose u politiku. Opisana su njihova psihološka i radna obilježja te primarni stil vođenja, koje obilježavaju visoka briga za druge i međuljudske odnose te poticanje participacije i jednakosti, a što uvjetuje njihove interese i perspektive u politici, odnosno za njih prioritetne teme (kao što su one vezane uz žene, djecu, obitelj i ugrožene skupine) i poglede na političke teme. Kao uvod u navedeno opisan je i sekundarnim podacima ilustriran položaj žena u visokoj politici u svijetu, a koji ukazuje da je trend sve većeg uključivanja žena u politiku prisutan svugdje u svijetu, potaknut filozofijom upravljanja različitostima odnosno koristima od različitosti.
