Reliance on this type of training has increased to invest in human assets and help employees acquire new skills and knowledge, develop their current skills, increase their productivity and raise the quality of their performance in the work environment. The aim of this paper is to explore the impact of the E-Training System dimensions (Efficiency – Methods – Environment) on employee job performance.
