The Legal Model of Economic Concentration in the Russian Legislation

Abstract

This paper presents the first monographic study on antimonopoly regulation of transactions on economic concentration; It justified the original doctrine of the subjective market, on the basis of which there are basic principles and approaches to the legal assessment of transactions on economic concentration, their relationship with other transactions and activities that are relevant to antimonopoly regulation; The basic directions of improvement of antimonopoly legislation in this area.
