Abstract

Резюме: В научната статия, в дискусионен аспект, се аргументира становището, че при хипотезата на престой в предприятието работодателят няма право да предлага на работниците и служителите да ползват неплатен отпуск по чл. 160, ал. 1 от Кодекса на труда, а трябва да използва единствено другите уредени в законодателството правни възможности. Abstract: The scientific article, in a discussion aspect, argues the opinion that in the hypothesis of a stay at the enterprise, the employer does not have the right to offer workers and employees unpaid leave under Art. 160, para. 1 of the Labour Code, but must use only the other legal options regulated in the legislation.
