Abstract

Резюме: Предмет на научното изследване са някои аспекти относно новата Наредба за структурата и организацията на работната заплата. Критично се анализират дефинициите относно понятията за брутно трудово възнаграждение и за струтурата на работната заплата. Направени са съответните правни изводи и предложения de lege ferenda за бъдещи промени на нормативния акт.
