Abstract

Резюме: Научният анализ представя общата характеристика на съдебното исково производство за установяване на трудов и/или осигурителен стаж. Аспектите на историческото развитие на правната уредба относно установяването на трудов и осигурителен стаж по съдебен ред, общата характеристика, материалния и персоналния обхват на Закона за установяване на трудов и осигурителен стаж по съдебен ред, както и предмета и особеностите на исковете за установяване на трудов стаж и на осигурителен стаж, са изследвани от автора в други негови публикации.
