Abstract

Резюме: Предвид различни икономически реалности, работодателят като стопанстващ субект търси начини да елиминира или да минимизира възможната конкуренция от свой бивш работник или служител. На практика тези начини могат да бъда различни, като полезният резултат може да не бъде налице или да не бъде в очакваните размери. Някои работодатели търсят разрешение на икономическия проблем чрез правни средства, като включват в трудовия договор клауза за забрана за работа при друг работодател с конкурентна стопанска дейност, след прекратяване на трудовото правоотношение. Тази договорна клауза е предмет на настоящото научно изследване.
