Abstract

Резюме: Предмет на настоящото изследване е историческото развитие на правната регламентация относно установяването на трудов и осигурителен стаж по съдебен ред. Общата характеристика, материалният и персоналният обхват на правната уредба на новия закон, както и самото съдебно исково производство за установяване на трудов и осигурителен стаж със специфичните за него процесуалноправни правила ще бъде предмет на отделно научно изследване.
