Abstract

Резюме: Предмет на изследване е правната уредба на институционализираната система за етичен анализ и морална оценка на медицинските изследователски проекти с участието на хора. Анализирани са вътрешните и международните правни актове, които уреждат дейността на етичните комисии в областта на научните медицински изследвания върху хора. Направен е критичен анализ на съответните разпоредби на Закона за здравето, като са направени предложения de lege ferenda за бъдещо усъвършенстване на вътрешното законодателство по отношение дейността на етичните комисии.
