Резюме: Предмет на теоретичен анализ в настоящото изследване са две разпоредби на Закона за защита срещу дискриминацията, които уреждат забраната за дискриминация при реализация на правото на работника или служителя на професионална квалификация и преквалификация и на правото на професионално развитие (израстване) – чл. 15 и чл. 24, ал. 2.
