Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi persaingan usaha semakin ketat dan sengit. Oleh karena itu, peran pemimpin sangat penting untuk membawa perusahaan atau usaha ke arah yang tepat. Dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat, maka kinerja karyawan dan sistem manajemen perusahaan akan berjalan dengan baik. Selain itu, pemimpin juga dituntut untuk memberikan inovasi-inovasi sehingga usaha yang berjalan akan bisa menghadapi berbagai tantangan zaman. Buku yang ada di hadapan pembaca ini adalah buku yang mengulas tentang gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Dalam era disrupsi yang selalu berubah dan tidak menentu, dunia usaha harus dituntut untuk berubah.
