¿Qué sabemos sobre la agricultura familiar en el Perú?: Revisión crítica de evidencia, enfoques temáticos y vacíos para la política pública

Abstract

La agricultura familiar es central para comprender la estructura agraria, la seguridad alimentaria y las políticas rurales en el Perú. Este documento revisa críticamente 46 fuentes centradas en el caso peruano desde 2014 y organiza la evidencia mediante síntesis temática. Los hallazgos muestran avances importantes en caracterización, tipologías y estudios territoriales, pero menor acumulación en evaluación de políticas, extensión agraria, financiamiento, juventud rural, digitalización, inserción comercial diferenciada y trayectorias de transformación. Se plantea que la agenda de investigación debe desplazarse desde la pregunta por cuántos agricultores familiares existen y dónde se ubican hacia qué instrumentos funcionan, para qué productores, en qué territorios y bajo qué condiciones.
