Two essays on using oda to reduce emigration

Abstract

Focuses on the question of how states and intergovernmental organisations can use development aid to reduce unwanted labour flows. Outlines possible forms and contents of Official Development Aid (ODA) which are in accordance with the "migration profiles" of sending countries.
