Abstract

"Ab 2011 setzte ein außerordentlich dynamischer Anstieg bei der Zahl an Grenzpendelnden aus Polen und Tschechien nach Sachsen ein, der bis heute anhält: Dies gilt regional hauptsächlich in den grenznahen Regionen. Vor allem in den Wirtschaftsbereichen des Verarbeitenden Gewerbes, der sonstigen wirtschaftlichen Dienstleistungen sowie in der Branche Verkehr und Lagerei sind die Grenzpendelnden eine Stütze des sächsischen Arbeitsmarktes."
