Abstract

Ce rapport analyse, sur un plan théorique et empirique, les conséquences de l'Organisation commune de marché de la banane mise en place par l'Union européenne à partir du 1er juillet 1993. Ces conséquences sont analysées au niveau des producteurs (pays d'Amérique Centrale et Latine, pays ACP (Afrique, Caraïbes et Pacifique) et territoires producteurs communautaires) et des consommateurs (Etats membres de l'Union européenne et reste du monde). Une attention particulière est portée à la modélisation du marché des certificats d'importation entre les opérateurs.
