Abstract

Dans un contexte marqué par la crise d'approvisionnement exacerbée par la pandémie de COVID-19, ce working paper explore la task force comme une capacité dynamique essentielle dans la supply chain aéronautique. À travers une étude qualitative incluant des observations participantes et des entretiens avec des professionnels du secteur, il examine comment la task force s'adapte et répond aux défis d'approvisionnement. Les résultats révèlent que la flexibilité, la collaboration et la réactivité de la task force sont cruciales pour la gestion de crise et la performance de la supply chain. L'étude souligne l'importance de la task force comme un outil stratégique dynamique, s'adaptant aux crises et aux changements environnementaux pour maintenir l'efficacité de la supply chain.
