Abstract

Berufe, bei denen ein Teil der Tätigkeit aus Reinigungsarbeiten besteht, machen einen großen Teil der Tätigkeiten aus, die als gering qualifiziert gelten. Dennoch werden berufsbegleitende Bildungsmaßnahmen angeboten, wenn auch nur selten. Dieser Artikel konzentriert sich auf Reinigungskräfte und Haushaltshilfen, um eine quantitative und qualitative Bilanz des Verhältnisses zur Ausbildung in diesen Sektoren zu ziehen. Er analysiert die von den Beschäftigten vorgebrachten Beweggründe und unterscheidet zwischen ihrer Vorbereitung auf den Arbeitsplatz und den ehrgeizigen Zielen, die es ermöglichen, Arbeit und Karriere neu zu durchdenken. Der Artikel legt die Voraussetzungen für diesen zweiten Ausbildungsansatz dar : die gesellschaftliche Anerkennung der vermittelten Kompetenzen und die Identifizierung von Arbeitgebern, die bereit sind, Verantwortung für die berufliche Entwicklung ihrer Arbeitskräfte zu übernehmen.
