Abstract

Ce chapitre dresse un panorama de la mobilité urbaine à travers le monde. Après une définition des systèmes de mobilité urbaine et de leurs caractéristiques, il présente un état de la mobilité quotidienne à l'échelle mondiale. Il passe en revue l'usage des différents modes de transport et leurs articulations avec les aménagements urbains et les politiques publiques.
