Abstract

Cette contribution est consacrée à la fonction financière de La Poste. En retenant les modules de gestion de la clientèle des centres financiers et les bureaux de poste comme unité d'analyse, nous procédons à une recension des différents "produits" financiers en nous appuyant sur la grille analytique des "mondes de production". Cette recension, qui met volontairement l'accent sur le monde social et civique, est accompagnée d'une tentative d'identification des différents surcoûts correspondants. Nous examinons également les contradictions et les conflits qui opposent les protagonistes de la prestation de service quand ils font référence explicitement ou implicitement à des mondes de production différents.
