L'économie sociale dans la structuration des activités de service : vers un dépassement des contradictions de l'organisation capitaliste du travail ?

Abstract

Cette communication vise à analyser les dynamiques à l'oeuvre dans les entreprises d'économie sociale du secteur des services afin d'en montrer les spécificités : sa présence sur certains segments d'activités, ses formes d'organisations et les statuts du travail mobilisés, la structuration actuelle d'une fonction employeur. En conclusion, nous précisons les apports de l'économie sociale dans le cadre du débat sur le dépassement des contradictions de l'organisation capitaliste du travail.
