Abstract

Pour encourager les personnes en situation de handicap à participer aux décisions, il faut concevoir des dispositifs spécifiques, comme le font les organisations alternatives. La littérature les concernant donne lieu à une grille d'analyse que nous appliquons à une étude de terrain. Pour faire participer ses usagers, l'organisation considérée pratique un accueil inconditionnel, s'assure des conditions matérielles de ses membres, et valorise leur parole en la faisant circuler.
