L'influence de la légitimité sur la dynamique des écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux : cas de l'écosystème entrepreneurial de la Métropole Aix-Marseille Provence

Abstract

Cette recherche a pour objet de mieux comprendre comment se construit la légitimité des écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux à travers celle de ses acteurs. Nous chercherons à répondre à la question suivante: Comment les acteurs aux logiques hétérogènes et parfois conflictuelles au sein de l'EE s'évaluent, se choisissent et se mobilisent dans le temps pour accompagner et favoriser l'entrepreneuriat ? Depuis une dizaine d'années, la recherche s'est emparée du concept d'écosystème entrepreneurial (EE). Les EE embrassent un ensemble d'acteurs et de facteurs interdépendants, coordonnés pour favoriser et accompagner l'entrepreneuriat, sur un territoire donné (Stam, 2015). En dépit d'une littérature de plus en plus abondante sur les EE, les mécanismes relationnels individuels qui nourrissent leur dynamique restent encore incompris (Wurth et al., 2022). Afin de mieux se saisir de cet aspect dynamique, à l'échelle micro, nous nous appuierons sur le concept de la légitimité, ancré dans une perspective néo-institutionnelle. La légitimité d'un EE repose sur les normes, règles et valeurs impulsées par son environnement et est également dépendante des parties-prenantes qui l'évaluent (Deephouse et al., 2017) et le composent. L'approche par la théorie néo-institutionnelle nous permet de comprendre comment les acteurs par leurs interactions réciproques et leurs actions quotidiennes influencent leur environnement et peuvent contribuer à la création de nouvelles normes sociales (Owen-Smith & Powell, 2008). Afin de répondre à notre problématique, nous avons ainsi construit une grille d'entretien semidirectif. Une étude qualitative exploratoire sur le territoire métropolitain Aix-Marseille Provence est en cours pour nous permettre de comprendre les spécificités de l'EE et de ses acteurs.
