Les NTIC et les stratégies de positionnement des entreprises : le cas des hébergeurs touristiques, Agadir, Maroc

Abstract

El sector turístico debe hoy hacer frente a numerosos desafíos, entre los cuales: la abertura política de ciertos países que sitúan sobre el mercado de nuevas destinaciones, la inestabilidad de los mercados, la industrialización de las redes de distribución atada a la universalización de la actividad turística, etc. Como todos los demás sectores de actividad, la industria turística se volvió universalizada. Las evoluciones son permanentes, la competencia cada vez más aumentada. En el seno de este contexto, las empresas turísticas se encuentran hoy frente a problemáticas de búsqueda de eficacia y de rentabilidad necesarias para su supervivencia, podemos desde entonces interrogarnos por muy ciertas TIC tales como los sitios internet contribuyen haciendo evolucionar el posicionamiento estratégico de las estructuras turísticas sobre todo que el papel muy activo del NTIC en el turismo podría participar en la desaparición de las agencias intermediarias como las agencias de viajes. Esta comunicación cuya problemática de búsqueda se articula alrededor de la colocación de los sitios web y el posicionamiento estratégico de las empresas de hospedaje turístico, tiene como objetivo contribuir a una mejor comprensión de la utilización de internet por las empresas turísticas. Una de las puestas es pues saber, a través del caso de las estructuras de hospedajes turísticos en Agadir, si internet es utilizado eficazmente por estas estructuras y cómo su puesta en ejecución contribuye mejorando su posicionamiento estratégico.
