Abstract

A l'heure de la mise en place des premières mesures prévues dans le cadre du Plan Marshall, nous abordons, sans tabou, une série de questions dans le domaine de l'emploi et des politiques d'emploi qui sont en toile de fond de ce plan : Quelles sont les causes de la difficulté à pourvoir des emplois vacants en Wallonie et quels en sont les remèdes ? Comment se comparent les coûts salariaux et la productivité dans les régions ? Faut-il régionaliser la formation des salaires ? Quel ciblage pour les allègements de cotisations sociales pour stimuler au mieux l'emploi ? Que faut-il faire et, surtout, ne pas faire en matière d'évaluation des politiques d'emploi ?
