Desarrollo institucional del sector salud en Bogotá

Abstract

“Este artículo presenta un diagnóstico de la situación actual del sector de la salud en Bogotá enfatizando en las relaciones entre los hospitales públicos y la Secretaria Distrital de la Salud (SDS). Una vez descrita la situación actual se identifican las inconsistencias y las restricciones institucionales y de economía política que impiden la efectividad de las políticas puestas en marcha por la Secretaria Distrital de Salud. Para ello se analizan las reglas de juego formales e informales existentes entre los diversos actores que componen el sector de la salud en Bogotá, así como sus relaciones con otros niveles jerárquicos y territoriales, para luego esbozar algunas alterativas para la política de salud del Distrito en los próximos anos.”
