Abstract

“Con el proyecto Agenda Colombia Fedesarrollo busca plantear propuestas concretas sobre algunos de los temas más importantes que debe contener el Plan de Desarrollo del nuevo gobierno. Para cumplir este propósito, Fedesarrollo entrega esta serie de documentos, de alto contenido académico pero de fácil lectura, que definen las prioridades y fijan las posiciones sobre los temas de educación, salud y desempleo, infraestructura, orden público y relaciones internacionales. En estos documentos se presenta un diagnóstico de los problemas específicos a ser abordados y se senalan las estrategias más idóneas para solucionarlos. En este primer volumen se incluyen los diagnósticos y las recomendaciones para los sectores de la salud, la educación y el empleo.”
