Adaptación e implementación de las teorías administrativas en las organizaciones colombianas

Abstract

This paper has as main objective to illustrate that, in the actual Colombian Business context, a commanding model of administration does not exist. For such purpose, some of its causes will be examined: the complementarity of the models, the increasing competition, the legal frame and the enterprise status. Finally, there will be reviewed the example of the Cementos ARGOS company.
