Computadores para educar (CPE) en tiempos de pandemia

En este documento se estima el efecto que tuvo el programa Computadores Para Educar (CPE) sobre el rendimiento escolar en medio de la pandemia generada por el COVID-19. Para eso, se usaron los datos de las pruebas Saber 11 e información del suministro de equipos de cómputo por parte de CPE. Finalmente, se estimaron varios modelos de diferencias en diferencias dinámicos y otro con staggered treatment para recuperar el efecto causal del programa.
