Abstract

Haidilao is a Chinese hot pot company founded in 1994 by Zhang Yong in Sichuan Province, China. As a quite young company, Haidilao occupied the leading position in the hot pot market in a very short time and the number of restaurants has also been growing at an extremely fast rate since 2019.
