Abstract

Having a positive attitude toward +influence and development is foundational. Doing something to help yourself and allowing the right people to help you will certainly accelerate that trajectory. This chapter introduces two things that have worked well for LinHart in client and graduate programs. The first is to create a learning environment, and the second is to get yourself into a true mentorship with someone who could accelerate your development.“The ingredients for you to reach your best potential and tall legacy are all there. I sensed your potential for that greatness. You just need to work on your repertoire of influence to equal your best potential.Today, if you please forgive me for saying so, based on your narrative, you are a sophomore in influence when your leader gifts should put you up for a doctoral. If you improve your influence, it means less resistance from others, and learning full spectrum ‘seeing’ from others’ perspective, not taking noises at face value. People mean something else whenever what they say doesn’t make sense. Above all, work on harnessing the beautiful human qualities that are already within you to influence positively, towards realizing your true potential.I shall remain a fan of that great leader that is already in you!”…
