Abstract

Este estudio presenta el estado actual de cuatro grupos delimitados por género, etnicidad, pobreza y discapacidad, en los que, a partir de la normativa educativa e indicadores de acceso, rendimiento y oportunidades de aprendizaje, se exploran las inequidades educativas existentes. Además, se analiza el contenido de la Ley de Reforma Magisterial.
