Abstract

Se hace un diagnóstico de la educación superior en Colombia y se presentan comparaciones por regiones, además se describe el sistema educativo en Irlanda y Finlandia. Se recomiendan las estrategias y políticas educativas tendientes a mejorar el capital humano de la región Caribe, como una forma de superar su rezago económico.
