Abstract

Se analiza la integración del mercado laboral por el grado de calificación de la mano de obra con el fin de considerar grupos de personas ocupadas relativamente homogéneas. La definición de integración utilizada se basa en la convergencia de los salarios entre las diferentes zonas geográficas de Colombia durante el período 1984 y 2000.
