Abstract

[Vorwort:] Das iap Institut für Arbeit & Personal forscht an wissenschaftlich fundierten Konzepten und entwickelt innovative Arbeitsstrukturen für eine moderne zukunftsfähige Arbeitswelt. Hierzu zählen seit Beginn der Institutsgründung in ganz besonderer Weise verschiedenste Ansätze und Impulse zur Arbeitszeitgestaltung: Von Forschungsprojekten mit zielgruppenspezifischem Transfer zu Arbeitszeitwissen, interdisziplinären Forschungsansätzen mit Arbeitszeitfragen bis zu Fragen der Zeitkompetenz in virtuellen Arbeitsteams. Aufgrund der Covid-19-Pandemie ist das Thema der flexiblen Arbeitszeitgestaltung in ein vorher nie dagewesenes Licht gerückt worden. In vielen Unternehmen wurde spontan mobiles Arbeiten in Form von Homeoffice eingeführt. Hierbei wurde auch deutlich, dass ein erfolgreiches Arbeiten im heimischen Umfeld von vielen flankierenden Rahmenbedingungen abhängig ist. Von Absprachen über Erreichbarkeit bis zur Zielvereinbarung sind viele Kontextfaktoren zu beachten, damit mobiles Arbeiten für alle Beteiligten eine gute Arbeitsform darstellt. In diesem Sinne leistet Band 6 der iap Schriftenreihe "Zukunftsweisende flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung" einen hochaktuellen und vielfältigen Beitrag zu relevanten Arbeitszeitthemen. (...)
