Prognose der Baubewilligungen für Wohneinheiten in Österreich 2009 bis 2011

Abstract

Baubewilligungen sind ein wichtiger Indikator für die Wohnbauentwicklung und somit auch für die gesamtwirtschaftliche Entwicklung. Aufgrund der Änderungen in der statistischen Erhebung des Baubeginns standen zwischen 2002 und 2009 keine offiziellen Daten über Baubewilligungen zur Verfügung. Die seit September 2009 vorliegende Datenbasis ermöglicht die Erstellung eines Prognosemodells für Wohnbaubewilligungen für den Zeitraum 2009/2011. Die Ergebnisse werden vor dem Hintergrund des gesamtwirtschaftlichen Umfelds analysiert und dienen der besseren Abschätzung der mittelfristigen Zukunftsperspektiven für die Wohnbauproduktion.
