Abstract

Nach dem raschen Aufschwung der österreichischen Wirtschaft im 1. Halbjahr 2011 mehren sich seit Mitte 2011 die Anzeichen einer deutlichen Wachstumsverlangsamung. Im II. Quartal 2011 waren dabei abermals Regionen mit starker Industrieorientierung bevorzugt. Der Abschwung scheint in diesen Regionen aber ebenfalls rascher zu verlaufen als in den Regionen mit stärker an der Inlandsnachfrage orientierter Wirtschaftsstruktur.
