Konflikt oder Kooperation? Extrem rechte Einflussnahme in der Zivilgesellschaft

Abstract

In den letzten Jahren hat die extreme Rechte ihren Einfluss in der Zivilgesellschaft in ganz Europa ausgebaut. Während die Forschung vor allem offene Konflikte und Proteste untersucht, bleiben kooperative und verborgene Einflussnahmen oft unbeachtet. Dieser Beitrag setzt genau hier an und analysiert rechte Interventionen in der Zivilgesellschaft, also gezielte Eingriffe, die auf die Verbreitung rechter Positionen abzielen. Dabei legen wir ein inhaltliches Kriterium an: Rechte Interventionen werden nicht allein über die handelnden Akteur*innen definiert, sondern über die Ziele und Inhalte ihrer Aktionen. Mit einem Mixed-Methods-Ansatz kombinieren wir Interviews und die Analyse von Zeitungsbeiträgen und Aktivist*innenpublikationen, um die verschiedenen Formen rechter Interventionen zu erfassen. Anhand von Beispielen aus Thüringen und anderen Regionen zeigen wir: Rechte Einflussnahmen sind vielseitiger und kooperativer als oft angenommen und verdienen mehr wissenschaftliche Aufmerksamkeit.
