Zivilgesellschaft in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland - Aufbrüche, Umbrüche, Ausblicke

Abstract

Welche Bedeutung hatte die Zivilgesellschaft für die Entwicklung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland? Wie hat sie sich gewandelt und vor welchen Herausforderungen steht sie? Die Beiträger*innen des Bandes aus Wissenschaft, Politik und Praxis nehmen zivilgesellschaftliche Schlüsselakteure wie Gewerkschaften, soziale Bewegungen und Kirchen in den Blick und fragen nach ihrer Rolle in den Aufbruch- und Umbruchphasen der Bundesrepublik. Denn der wirtschaftlicher Wiederaufbau, die gesellschaftliche Demokratisierung, die »Wiedervereinigung«, die Entwicklung zur Migrationsgesellschaft und die Herausforderungen der Corona-Pandemie sind ohne den aktiven Beitrag der Zivilgesellschaft nicht zu verstehen.
