Abstract

This report explores the current trends and needs of experts in the field of human resource management. Digitization and automation of processes in this area increases and improves key performance indicators. The technological solutions that support and optimize the activities related to the selection, training and release of employees are considered. Good practices and solutions for change management related to the implementation of various technological solutions and tools in modern business organizations are proposed.
