Abstract

The dynamic development in the software business requires the application of a new approach to the management of human resources in software companies. Creating a web-based human capital management and evaluation application is key to successful staff development. Following a systematic approach, all the necessary components are presented to create a web-based application that meets the needs of software companies. The main goal of the article is to present the process of creating a web-based personnel management and evaluation system in software companies, which provides effective management of employees, evaluation and tracking of their development, through a user-friendly interface and the implementation of modern technologies. The results of creating a web-based human resource management and evaluation application impact the effectiveness of HR processes in software companies and the overall growth of the organization. Streamlining employee management, automating personnel management and evaluation processes, and increasing productivity are achieved.
